Order Quantity

The Buyer is directly responsible for the quantity of the product they have ordered. Please verify and confirm your order and quantities with your contractor and/or installer. We are not to be held responsible for overage or shortage errors.

Schedule of Delivery

Please only schedule your installation after you have received the product. Green World Lumber Inc. will give an estimated time of delivery from our warehouse to your job site.

Freight Costs

Unless expressly stated, freight costs are not included in pricing that is provided online or through written or verbal quotes. Freight costs are non-refundable except in the case of total loss. Any Buyer that cancels their order after the shipment of the product will be responsible for freight costs, handling and crating costs, restocking fees, and labour incurred with said order.

Product Inspection/Claims

Upon receiving the delivered product, please inspect the shipment for damage and/or missing items. Thoroughly document any damage or missing products on the shipping documents before signing. There is a limited time to make claims. It is your responsibility, as the Buyer, to contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Green World Lumber Inc. can be contacted via telephone so we can address concerns immediately. Please note that the freight company may need additional documentation and/or photos. If there are any damages found, DO NOT install any of the product as this would establish acceptance.

Authorized Returns

Green World Lumber Inc. does not accept unauthorized returns. We make every effort to satisfy our clients. Green World Lumber, Inc., may, at its own discretion, allow a return. Any approved return will be given a Return Authorization Number and is required for shipment. Any and all returns shall be at the Buyer’s sole risk and expense including, freight to and from the Supplier and a restocking fee of 20-25% dependent upon the product. Returns shall be processed only upon actual delivery to Green World Lumber, Inc. Returned products must be in the same condition as they were delivered to the carrier by Green World Lumber, Inc. for original shipment to Buyer. Credits are subject to the prior satisfaction of any and all past due monies owed to Green World Lumber, Inc. Services performed including pulling to specification, packaging, and crating are non-refundable. Absolutely no returns will be accepted on the leftover product.

Governing Law

Contract for sale of Goods shall be governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
